Good afternoon
My Journal
Reflect. Record. Plan. Grow.
A private space to capture experiences, keep important records, check in with yourself and connect the moments that shape your life. Start with a thought, a date, or something you want to remember.
Today's check-in is still waiting for you.
A short entry is enough. Notice what happened, how you felt and what you want to remember.

Did anyone promise, ask or tell me something important? Who, and when?
Start anywhere. A few honest lines are enough.
Private to you. Not sent to AI unless you choose.

Make space for your own private journal
Free includes three private journal entries. You can always make additional notes with Lx Vault for free instead; Vault notes are separate from your journal. Premium unlocks unlimited journal entries, while Lx Vault Intelligence analysis remains a Pro feature.
Notice it early. Sort it later.
Most legal problems start as small things: a letter, a phone call, a promise. If something might matter later, write down what, when and who while it is fresh.
- What happened
- One plain sentence
- When
- Date and rough time
- Who was involved
- Names or roles
- What comes next
- A deadline or a next step
Your journal is a private reflection. It is not legal evidence and does not replace legal advice. Keep documents and proof in your Vault.
My Record
Structured records keep your own recollection, observations and reflections distinguishable. A saved timestamp shows when the record was saved; it does not independently verify when an event happened.
You have no structured personal records yet. Create one when you want to keep a dated account of an important experience. Nothing has been generated on your behalf.
Wellbeing Journal
Optional check-ins recorded by you. Summaries show only saved measurements and are not diagnoses or clinical assessments.
No wellbeing measurements have been saved. Record a check-in and skip any field you do not want to answer.
My Life Story
Build your own chapters and milestones. Only entries and Life Events you explicitly link to a chapter or milestone appear in this curated story; their original records stay in their existing locations.
Your chapters
No chapters yet. Create one above, then choose which saved entries belong in it.
Milestones and achievements
No milestones yet. You choose which important events and achievements belong in your personal story.
Year-in-review
Select year-specific entries in “Reflect with Lx”. Lx will only process your explicitly selected entries dated in that year after the privacy confirmation. Review the draft, edit it and choose a chapter before saving.
Create a chapter above before saving a year-in-review.
Your curated chronology
Only items you select through chapter links or milestones appear here.
No selected items yet.
Journal privacy & data
Your journal and Life Story records are owner-scoped. Journal text is not analysed when you create or save an entry; Reflect with Lx requires an explicit entry selection and a separate confirmation. For account privacy, connected-data and consent controls, use the existing Legal Life settings.
Export My Journal
Download your saved entries, edit-history snapshots, Life Story items and metadata for your linked records. File originals stay in Lx Vault.
Privacy & AI permissions
Review existing consent and connected-data settings. This page does not create a competing consent setting.
Reminders & preferences
Journal reminders follow the app’s existing reminder and accessibility preferences.
The journal export is currently capped at 500 journal entries and 500 Life Story items per download; if the export reports warnings, do not treat it as a complete account export. Use the existing full account export in Legal Life settings for a broader data request. Deleting a journal entry removes its own saved history but deliberately does not delete linked Life Events, tasks or Vault files.

AIAI companion: what to do now, what to explore later, what to research
Lx Vault is an AI companion. It can compare a diary entry with recent Legal Life conversation to identify grounded next steps or topics worth exploring later. It does not diagnose, provide therapy or turn your journal into legal evidence.
Your journal is never analysed automatically. After you confirm, only the entries listed in the consent step and up to 12 recent Legal Life chat messages will be sent for this one-off request. The output stays on this screen unless you separately choose to copy or save it.
Lx Vault Intelligence journal analysis is included with Pro and Plus.
Today’s legal-readiness boost
Completing today’s diary can earn XP as part of your Legal Life progression. Journaling can also help you notice and organise issues early, but it does not directly increase your Legal Health score and does not replace Life Events, tasks, deadlines or legal advice.

Keep the practice supportive
Journaling is a self-guided wellbeing tool, not a treatment. You can write briefly, switch prompts, or stop if a prompt feels unhelpful. When something feels serious or unsafe, use the appropriate support in Life Line rather than relying on the journal alone.
